Welcome to DesireOn! This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you and DesireOn ("we," "us," or "our") that governs your access to and use of the DesireOn mobile application and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

To use DesireOn, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, images, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, applications, links, and other content or materials (collectively, "Content") that you submit, post, and display on the Service.
You agree not to post Content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful. This includes, but is not limited to, Content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or that infringes on any third party's rights.
We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you as part of the Service. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Service as provided by DesireOn, in the manner permitted by this Agreement.
You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service. By submitting, posting or displaying Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
